Introduction

The high sensitivity, high resolution and high reliability of nondestructive testing for these precision materials are required. Detection technology is more complex, involving mechanical, electronic, automatic control,computer, nondestructive testing and other multi-disciplinary integrated technology.

COBE developed a C-scan ultrasonic testing water tank system for different size workpieces,which effectively solve the problem of coupled stability.COBE- C- SCAN ultrasonic testing system using local precise positioning technology, so that the workpiece and the probe will keep a certain position, which is an important means to ensure accurate and reliable testing;With the supporting of digital flaw detector, the flaw detector can display the details defect signals;Using the independent research and development of special signal processing software, can show the distribution of defects on the pipe and the severity of each defect;Designed with anti interference technology, can suppress the bubble interference, effectively prevent the false alarm phenomenon;Automatic up-loading and off-loading mode, automatic sorting of unqualified products, greatly improving production efficiency.
